Let me point out some points that you should consider. . . in my opinion you need to find a salon to work at for the long term. Either this salon or another salon, but changing salons often is not helpful to you. It is hard to build up and get many regulars and then to ask your regulars to move. They may not and you will loose people every time you move even if only down the street.
Here a Benjamin Hair we are such a salon that you can work out of long term and run your own business within a business.
This salon is set up with the “Old Pro” in mind. We have many here. This is a larger salon and is located in the right place. Consider finding the right salon to work at and don’t go anywhere for many, many years. I don’t know if anyone ever said this to you, but the way to go is to build up and stay put, and enjoy the rewards of a good setup.
Also, some salons try to limit what you can do in the salon, such as only do hair or only do color or charge you extra to use other facilities. . . here you can do hair, color, nails and other and no extra charges. Plenty of Freedom and flexibility to run your business!
